We are SO excited to welcome Cara of Effective Thoughts to our first Worthing Menopause Matters of 2026 for what is sure to be an enlightening and empowering evening.
Cara will be delivering a masterclass in addressing overwhelm that goes much deeper than working on concepts of self care and boundary setting.
Cara will explain overwhelm, dysregulation, a healthy stress response, and how to work with your nervous system. There will be nervous system detail, psycho education, and actionable steps along with time for Q&A at the end.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms of overwhelm yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, this session will provide compassionate, practical guidance in a safe and welcoming space.
