Where we keep your information

Your information is kept on secure computer systems and in secure manual filing systems. This applies to information kept on clients for example when we:

  • keeping customers’ addresses on file

  • recording staff working hours

  • using postal address to fulfil product orders

  • backing up data via cloud systems e.g Google and Wix

How long we keep your information

Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary.


We will:

  • review the length of time we keep personal data; personal health records for adults is kept for seven years after the last attendance (in person or virtual), and children's records for 25 years

  • securely delete information that is no longer needed for this purpose or these purposes; and

  • update, archive or securely delete information if it goes out of date
