Booking appointments

By booking an appointment (in clinic, virtually or via telephone) you are undertaking to do your best to attend at the agreed time. If you are going to be late, please inform us by email at info@rachelboon.co.uk

 

If you have to cancel, please give us at least 24 hrs notice. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment due date, then full monies will be payable to cover lost clinic time.

 

In the event that you miss an appointment and do not let us know, full monies will also be payable.

 

If you have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we will endeavour to re-book your session within the next seven days as availability allows.
