My Approach

Professionally, I'm passionate about women fulfilling their true health potential through easy, affordable and sustainable diet and lifestyle adjustments alongside the magic that is bespoke herbal medicine.

This, along with a genuine fascination in human biology (my first degree), motivated me to gain my herbal medicine and naturopathy qualifications from CNM in 2005.

Since then, I've had the pleasure and honour of working with hundreds of women to help educate and guide them towards improved mind-body health.

I have a special interest in hormonal health where I regularly help women have easy and pain-free monthly cycles (without the side of psycho!) and a kinder menopause transition all round.

I particularly enjoy working with sufferers of endometriosis, PMT, PMDD, PCOS and those struggling with their perimenopause and postmenopause.

I relish living in my healthy, pain-free, energetic body and if I'm not feeling 10 out of 10 each morning when I wake up, I am grateful I have the knowledge and the tools to do something about it.

My driving values are honesty, integrity, ease, authenticity, adventure and abundance and I run everything through them before making significant personal or professional decisions.

To have a business that aligns with my values is probably why I'm still excited about my work in the field of women's health even after 21 years in practice!

I look forward to using all I have learnt over this time to help YOU on YOUR unique health journey super soon.

To your very best health,

Rachel x

My Story

The inspiration to become a Naturopath came shortly after I had the good fortune of meeting one in Australia.

Naturopaths believe that the body has an incredible capacity to heal itself given the right conditions. It is the job of the Naturopath to facilitate those conditions within her patients.

Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine are inextricably linked and mutually-enhancing therapies. To practice one without the other, I felt, would be short-changing my patients. After all, herbs, like other medicines, will work better when taken alongside a nourishing diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Personally, l'm into cooking, juicing, cold water swimming, camping, running, yoga and snowboarding and make it a priority to practice what I preach.

Since I graduated from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) London in '05, it has been a fascinating journey helping hundreds of patients both in my Worthing clinic, on retreats and virtually, back to feeling feeling good, for good.

If you're interested in a career as a herbalist or naturopath, I can highly recommend training with CNM.

As an Ambassador, I am delighted to offer you a £250 discount on their courses by clicking on the CNM logo in my footer below!
