Family faves in this house are the kerala cauliflower curry, and red pepper and mushroom fajitas with a cheeky summer punch slushie on the side!

This is the thermometer I use to check if I've ovulated. You just take your temperature every day at the same time on rising and pop into your free Femometer app. When your temperature jumps up by more than 0.3 degrees and stays up for more than 10 days, you can look back and see that you've ovulated on the day the temperature shoots up. You would use this instead of ovulation test strips. Simple and inexpensive as you only buy the thermometer once!
Make sure you're testing your progesterone at the most accurate time (5-7 days after ovulation ideally) with these easy to use ovulation test strips which measure luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine. Also useful for checking you're actually still ovulating.
