So long as you are over 2 years old and not currently on any immune-supressing medications, we can proceed.
 
This is NOT a test for lactose intolerance. This test is looking at your immune response to proteins in foods and drinks, not sugars.
 
This is also not a test for coeliacs disease which is a complex autoimmune condition that you will need to see your GP to arrange.
 
Please eat as wide a variety of foods prior to testing as possible. For example, you could be the most wheat intolerant person in the world but if you have not consumed wheat in any form within the last six weeks, the intolerance will NOT show up on this test.
